Supermarine followed up their 3-0 away win at Hartley Wintney last weekend with a 4-1 success at the Webbswood Stadium against Hendon, who have yet to obtain a point.

Harry Williams gave the hosts a 15th-minute lead that James Harding added to 20 minutes later.

Ten minutes after half-time, Williams added `Marine’s third and then after Joe White had reduced the deficit on 65 minutes, 2 minutes later, Harding was brought down by Hendon `keeper Marcin Brzozowksi as he went round him, and he converted the resulting penalty to make it 4-1.

Truro, who had also won away on the opening day, beat a Dorchester Town side who had won theirs, 4-0 at Bolitho Park.

Rocky Neal gave the White Tigers a 13th-minute lead they held until 4 minutes after the break when Tyler Harvey doubled their advantage.

Six minutes later and it was effectively game over as Harvey’s second made it 3-0, with Neal matching him by adding his second with 16 minutes remaining.

And the Met, who won at home last weekend, made it two defeats in succession for newly promoted North Leigh after a 2-0 success at Eynsham Park.

However, the Millers gave as good as they got for large parts of the game against a very useful visiting side, who broke the deadlock 4 minutes after half-time through Herson Rodrigues-Alves.

And then a minute into stoppage time, Met Police were awarded a penalty after a foul by Luke Carnell and Jasper Mather made the points safe for Gavin MacPherson’s side.

In contrast, Hartley Wintney and Merthyr Town joined Hendon and North Leigh in suffering successive defeats.

The Row lost to a 48th-minute Brad Clayton effort at The Meadow against a Chesham United side who had drawn their opener.

The Martyrs attracted a crowd of 562 to the Met Coaches Stadium but were beaten 3-1 by fancied newly promoted Bracknell Town, who also shared the spoils on opening day.

Jordan Esprit gave the Robins an 11th-minute lead that Ricardo Rees levelled 10 minutes after the break.

The visitors were awarded a penalty on 64 minutes for handball against Adam Davies and Seb Bowerman restored Bracknell’s lead from the spot.

And just 3 minutes later, Darryl Sanders made sure the points were going back to Berkshire with a third.

Another newly promoted side, Winchester City, picked up their first point after a hard-earned 1-1 draw at Earlsmead against Harrow Borough, who also drew on the opening day.

George Moore had Boro in front after 12 minutes but just 5 minutes later, Darko Obeng pulled the Citizens back on level terms.

As well as Chesham and Bracknell, also gaining first wins of 2022/23 were Beaconsfield Town, promoted Hanwell Town, title-favourites Hayes & Yeading United, another fancied side, Weston-super-Mare, and Tiverton Town.

Beaconsfield beat another team tipped to do well, Plymouth Parkway, 3-1 at Holloways Park.

Rio Garside had Parkway in front from the 21st minute and it wasn’t until 10 minutes into the second half that Nathan Minhas pulled the Rams back on level terms.

Toby Little then gave them a 62nd-minute lead and Parkway’s chances of getting back into the game diminished when Ben Seymour was sent-off for a second bookable offence in the 80th minute.

Kyel Reid added a third for the hosts in the 90th minute but they too finished a man light as Louis Walsh picked up a second yellow 4 minutes into stoppage time.

Hanwell are celebrating their first win at Step 3 level after edging a 3-2 win at a Yate Town outfit who won on opening day.

The Geordies got off to a great start with a goal from Conrad Lucan after just 4 minutes.

Adam Laaref then doubled the visitors` advantage from the spot in the 19th minute.

And when Jack Hutchinson made it 3-0 with just 23 minutes gone on the clock, it left the Bluebells stunned.

Prince Henry reduced the arrears just past the half-hour mark and then Joe Tumelty pulled a second back 3 minutes before half-time.

But try as they did, Peter Beadle’s side just couldn't find a leveller.

Hayes & Yeading were beaten at Met Police last weekend but bounced back at the SKYex Community Stadium with a 1-0 win against a Salisbury side who had won their opener.

It was a familiar name on the scoresheet with the 18th minute goal that proved to be enough, last season’s top scorer Moses Emmanuel.

A crowd of 633 at the Optima Stadium saw Weston, who drew their first game, beat a Gosport Borough side who had won theirs, win 3-0.

The Seagulls blew Boro away in the opening half with goals from Kieran Thomas after 8 minutes, Marlon Jackson on 20 minutes and Rueben Reid 12 minutes later.

Tiverton enjoyed a 4-2 win at the BlackGold Stadium against a Poole Town side who had won their opening game.

The Yellows took a 19th-minute lead when Jordan Lam was brought down in the box and Louis Morison converted the resulting penalty.

An own goal off Jamie Whisken doubled the visitors` lead in the 26th minute before Luke Pardoe pulled one back for the hosts in the 32nd minute.

But Jamie Richards restored Tivvy’s two-goal cushion 5 minutes before the break and then 2 minutes into first-half injury-time, Niall Thompson added a fourth.

Just 2 minutes into the second period, Whisken scored at the right end but that proved to be the end of the scoring.
