The 28-year-old made 35 appearances and contributed 11 goals as the Peacocks won the Southern Premier Division South title last season, having joined them in May 2021.
He had signed for National League side Torquay United in late November 2019 from Southern Premier South side Tiverton Town and then made the reverse journey in July 2020.
He had returned to Tivvy in June 2019 from new rivals Truro City.
He had made the move to Cornwall in June 2018 having made 23 appearances for the Yellows during the 2017/18 season.
He joined Tiverton from Toolstation Western League side Buckland Athletic in January 2018, having signed for Buckland from South West Peninsula League outfit Bovey Tracey as a raw 19-year-old at the start of the 2013/14 season and quickly established himself as a first choice at the higher level.
Lewington scored in his Parkway debut on Tuesday night. Unfortunately for him and his new team, it was only a consolation in a 3-1 defeat at Dorchester Town.
