The 28-year-old joins the Generals from Vanarama National League South side Farnborough.
He had joined Boro in November 2021 from then-National League South side Billericay Town and helped them to win promotion from the Southern Premier Division South via the play-offs in 2021/22, making 32 appearances and scoring once.
He had moved to the Essex side in July 2020 from rivals Ebbsfleet United, where he had been since August 2019.
The ex-Republic of Ireland under-21 international was a big hit at Bromley in his two seasons with the club - being a key part of the side that made it to Wembley in the Buildbase FA Trophy Final.
He began his career as part of Queens Park Rangers’ youth system, also playing in the Football League on loan for Portsmouth, AFC Wimbledon, Dagenham & Redbridge and Crawley Town.
He previously played under then-Fleet manager Garry Hill for Woking in 2016/17, ending that campaign with Whitehawk.
After signing for Bromley in the summer of 2017, he featured 33 times in the league in his first season and a further 41 in 2018/19.
