Two Added to Highworth Group

Pitching In Southern League Division One Central club Highworth Town have signed young goalkeeper Jakob Glover.

Glover, who turns 19 on Sunday, made his debut for then-Southern Division One South side Mangotsfield United at the age of just 16 years and three months on New Year`s Day 2020.

A local lad who started in the youth team at Cossham Street from around 10 years old, he went on to make 30 first-team appearances for the now Toolstation Western League Premier Division Mangos.

Also joining the Worthians from Mangotsfield is young defender Kyrese Morrison.

Another to have come through the ranks at Cossham Street, the 18-year-old made 15 first-team appearances for the Mangos in 2021/22.
