River Allen's Back at Tiverton

Popular midfielder River Allen has re-joined Tiverton Town from Pitching In Southern Premier Division South rivals Plymouth Parkway.

The 26-year-old had been at Bolitho Park since the summer of 2020 and helped them to two promotions.

He had returned to Tiverton in June 2019 from Truro City, having made 13 appearances for Tivvy the previous season before moving to Treyew Road in October 2018.

Originally with Plymouth Argyle, where he made 3 senior appearances, he moved north to join Gateshead in June 2015 but by January 2016 he was back in the south west with Bodmin Town.

He signed for Truro for the first time in the summer of 2016 and, after a loan spell with Tiverton, moved to Ladysmead on a more permanent basis in July 2018.
