The 25-year-old played 40 times and scored 3 goals for Boro last season.
He had moved to Earlsmead in August 2019 from then-Isthmian Premier side Hayes & Yeading United.
He had joined Hayes & Yeading in February 2019 having spent most of the campaign in the Vanarama National League South with Oxford City.
He came through the academy system at then-Premier League side Watford before signing for Marlow upon his release by the Hornets.
He moved from Marlow to Bristol Rovers in 2017/18, playing for the Pirates at under-21 level, before moving to Oxford City during the summer of 2018.
