The 25-year-old joins the league newcomers from former Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division rivals Corsham Town.
Morris is a very exciting player who Westbury has admired for a long time, so are so pleased that he has finally decided to test himself at Step 4 again.
As well as Corsham, he has had two spells with Bradford Town as well we with Frome Town and Shepton Mallet, having originally been in the famed Southampton academy.
