Dobson Returns to North Leigh

Attacking midfielder James Dobson has re-joined North Leigh after less thana month with Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South rivals Beaconsfield Town.

The 30-year-old had returned to Slough Town in June from Vanarama National League South rivals Hemel Hempstead Town, where he had been since July 2021, and then returned to North Leigh two months later on dual registration.

He had joined Dagenham & Redbridge from National League rivals Sutton United in June 2019.

He joined the U`s in January 2019 from Slough Town where he was leading scorer and claimed the `golden boot award as the Rebels won promotion from the Southern Premier South in 2017/18, scoring 62 goals in his 185 appearances in total.

He originally joined Slough from North Leigh in March 2014, having previously been with Oxford United, Oxford City, Witney Town and Burnham and re-joined in the summer of 2016 after having spells with Harrow Borough and Aylesbury.
