The 22-year-old arrives at Earlsmead having scored 11 goals in 20 games for Isthmian League North Division side Grays Athletic.
He had re-joined Grays in early September 2022 after a short spell with Vanarama National League South side Cheshunt.
He signed for Romford in September 2020 after a very brief stop at then-Isthmian Premier East Thurrock United and then switched to Romford`s rivals Grays a month later.
A product of League Two club Salford City`s academy, he broke into the first-team squad in 2018.
Whilst on the Ammies` books, he enjoyed successful loan spells with Northern Premier Division One North West sides Widnes and Ramsbottom United.
