The 22-year-old had netted 14 goals in 20 games for Dynamo after returning there for a second spell in the summer of 2022.
He started his career with Nottingham Forest before moving to Grantham Town.
He then had spells at Northern Counties East League side Staveley Miners Welfare and former Midland League Premier Division and now United Counties League Premier Division North side Newark FC before joining Tamworth under current Basford boss Mark Clifford in June 2021.
Clifford told his club’s website: “I’m really happy to finally get Kev over the line. We tried to get him in the summer, but he was already tied into Loughborough.
“He is somebody who I told the chairman I was interested in, and I wanted to thank him for making it happen.
“Kev is a really attacking player and he will bring flair to the team and hopefully we’ll get plenty of goals and assists out of him.
“I’m really excited about his signing and look forward to having him on board”.
