Striker Returns to Seagulls for Remainder of the Season

Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South leaders Weston-super-Mare have re-signed striker Prince Henry on loan from Championship side Bristol City for the remainder of the season.

Henry was a member of City's under-18 side that reached the last sixteen of the FA Youth Cup in 2020/21, having been a product of the Robins` academy, and is currently a member of the under-23 squad.

The 19-year-old began the 2021/22 season on a month`s on loan with Hungerford Town in the Vanarama National League South.

He then moved down the M5 to the Optima Stadium to join Weston in October 2021, initially for a month which was extended, and he scored 6 times in 17 games for the Seagulls.

In February 2022, he moved further down the M5 to sign for Taunton Town, who he helped win the Premier Division South title.

He started this season on loan with another Premier Division South outfit, Yate Town, before returning to Ashton Gate at the beginning of December when he was sent straight back out again to Yate’s league rivals Tiverton Town.
