Northampton-born, he came through the Cobblers academy.
Ngwa has also already made his senior debut for Northampton, having played against Brighton & Hove Albion in the Papa Johns Trophy in November 2021.
He started this season on loan with the Pics` league rivals AFC Rushden & Diamonds.
