The 24-year-old had been with Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division side Roman Glass St George and Toolstation Western Leaguers Odd Down most recently.

Previously with Bishops Cleeve, who he joined in August 2020 from Melksham Town, he had signed for Melksham from Southern Division One South rivals Slimbridge during September 2019.

He is a lively and direct wide player who has decent experience in the Southern League despite his youthful years.

His other previous clubs include Gloucester City, Mangotsfield United, Paulton Rovers and Evesham United.

Manager Alex Sykes said: “As we delve into the busiest part of the season it’s important to add quality to the squad. The number of fixtures we are soon to be faced with will call upon every member of the squad and Tyrone really helps that.

“His desire to get back to a good level has been very evident in training and will be great to see in the coming weeks and months.”

Meanwhile, Sykes has extended young midfielder Finley Bell’s loan from League One neighbours Forest Green Rovers.

Bell has been learning his trade with the Forest Green youth setup since grassroots level.

In July 2022 he earned his first professional contract and joined the first-team squad.

He has already had a taste of the action – in October 2020 he came on as a substitute in Forest Green’s 3-0 EFL Trophy victory against West Bromwich Albion under-21s.
