The 25-year-old midfielder moved to the Glassboys in July 2022 having been a key figure as the Pics made history last season by reaching the play-offs.
He is a creative, ball-playing midfielder with an eye for a goal. His set pieces are also of the highest quality.
He joined Northern Premier League Division One Midlands side Sutton Coldfield Town in the summer of 2018 from Wolverhampton Sporting and originally signed for the Pics in June 2019.
Manager Liam McDonald told his club’s website: “Scholsey was my player of the season last year.
“He was absolutely superb for me, and I am delighted to have him back.
“I understood his reasons for going to Stourbridge over the summer but it’s great that he wants to come back and be part of what we’re building here.
“He's a fantastic footballer and a great lad to have around the dressing room. I know the fans loved him, so this is a real boost for us to have him back here”.
