Pitmen Borrow a Young Lamb

Hednesford Town, battling against relegation, have taken young midfielder Lucas Yeomans on loan from Pitching In Southern League Premier Division Centra leaders and rivals Tamworth.

The 19-year-old highly rated youngster progressed through the ranks of Tamworth`s academy, having joined from League One side Derby County.

He made his first team debut in the FA Trophy in 2020/21 at just 16 years of age.

Earlier this season, Yeomans spent time on loan with the Pitmen’s league rivals Mickleover.
