Harrow Borrow Young Striker

Harrow Borough brought in young striker Quaine Bartley on loan from League One side AFC Wimbledon and he made his debut in Saturday’s 2-2 draw in the Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South at promotion chasing Chesham United.

Bartley signed his first professional contract with AFC Wimbledon in August 2022.

He joined the academy as an under-13, having previously been at Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur and has since progressed up the ranks.

Playing a pivotal role for the under-18s in the 2021/22 season, his 20-plus goals helped the academy secure its first ever Youth Alliance League title.

He joined Isthmian League Premier Division club Cray Wanderers on a 28-day loan in September 2021 and in February 2022, he joined Cray’s league rivals Potters Bar Town on loan.

He made his senior debut for the Dons in August 2022, coming on as a late substitute in a 2–0 defeat to Gillingham in an EFL Cup match at Plough Lane.

He made his League Two debut the same month in a 1–0 defeat at Barrow AFC.
