He held the post for eight years until 1991.
He played for the first team in the 1960s and 70s and then went on to jointly managed the reserve team alongside Barry Simmonds and current club president Les Rogers.
His funeral is on Friday, 17th March at 10.45am at Haycombe Crematorium in Bath (in the bottom chapel).
Afterwards his wake will be held at the Paulton Rovers club.
