New Keeper & Midfielder for Salisbury

Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South club Salisbury have announced the arrival of goalkeeper Mark Smith and midfielder Troy Perez-Duah.

Smith joins the Whites from Vanarama National League South side Eastbourne Borough.

The 27-year-old had returned to Eastbourne in August 2022 from National League outfit Woking, where he had been since October 2020.

He signed for Dartford in May 2019 from National League South rivals Billericay Town.

He finished the 2018/19 season with the Essex outfit having started it at Eastbourne Borough.

He had originally joined The Sports on an initial month`s loan from Aldershot Town in November 2017, which was later extended.

He has previously been with Brentford and Queens Park Rangers before joining Aldershot.

Perez-Duah joins from Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League Division One side Rayners Lane, for whom he had made 15 appearances and scored 6 goals.

The 19-year-old had joined Rayners Lane in August 2022 having appeared for Salisbury’s league rivals Harrow Borough and Chesham United the previous season.

He is a product of the Grade A Academy in London and in August 2020 he impressed during a trials day and was signed by League Two Walsall, where he played for the Saddlers under-18s in 2020/21.
