The 30-year-old had joined Stow’s league rivals Barton Rovers in November 2021.
He started his career at Arsenal but after his release from the Gunners, he signed for Barnet and made his debut in January 2011 aged 18 in against Stevenage.
He was released by Barnet at the end of the 2010/11 season and signed for Spartan South Midlands League side Leverstock Green.
After receiving the player of the season award, he attracted interest from higher leagues and subsequently signed for St Albans City.
He made his City debut with an excellent display in the Herts Charity Cup final win over Bishop's Stortford in April 2013 but in August 2013 he made his debut but as a loanee for Berkhamsted.
He kicked off the 2014/15 season with St Albans and went on to make another 6 appearances before going to Ware on dual registration terms in January 2015.
St Albans released him at the end of the campaign, before being signed by Cockfosters in July 2015. However, the Saints changed their mind and re-signed him, and he was also on dual forms with Barton Rovers in 2015 before being signed by Ware on a more permanent basis in November 2015.
After 26 games for Rovers` new league rivals, he joined London Colney before re-signing at St Albans in October 2016 but a month later he returned to Barton Rovers.
Ahead of the 2017/18 season he was back at Ware before going into early retirement in January 2018.
