And the answer to that is Bracknell Town, who edged out Truro City by a point after they won 3-1 at Bolitho Park against Plymouth Parkway.
The Robins got off to a great start after their long journey when Mickel Platt out them in front inside the opening 3 minutes with a fine volley at the far post.
Mikey Williams was denied an equaliser 5 minutes later by a fine save from Michael Eacott, who then saved well from Callum Hall.
Parkway equalised just past the hour-mark with a header from Toby Down.
But within 5 minutes, Bracknell had restored their lead when, following good work from Platt, George Knight tapped in from close range.
Then, on 88 minutes, Parkway’s Harrison King was sent-off for a second bookable offence and the visitors took advantage of their extra man to make it 3-1 with 5 minutes gone in time added on through Darryl Sanders, who had the privilege of netting Bracknell’s 100th league goal.
Bracknell will now host Chesham United at The SB Stadium on Wednesday evening in the play-off semi-final after the Generals finished fifth after losing 5-3 at the Webbswood Stadium to sixth-placed Swindon Supermarine.
A crowd of 405 saw Henry Spalding give the hosts a 15th minute lead that was swiftly doubled 2 minutes later by top scorer Harry Williams.

But on 83 minutes, Williams was fouled in the box and he got up to convert the resulting penalty to complete his hat-trick and his 34th league goal of the campaign.
Truro City will host Poole Town in their play-off semi-final.
The White Tigers won 2-1 at already-relegated North Leigh’s Eynsham Park, thanks to an early Rocky Neal opener after 2 minutes and Dan Sullivan’s second 4 minutes after half-time after loanee Conor McDonagh had equalised in the 27th minute.
Poole skipped above Chesham on the final day after a good 4-0 win at Silver Jubilee Park against a Hendon side who finished 18th, and just a point above the drop zone in the end.
A crowd of 531 saw Wes Fogden give the Dolphins a 39th minute lead that Toby Holmes doubled on the hour-mark.
Holmes scored again 4 minutes from time and Fogden also bagged his brace to make it 4-0 in the first minute of stoppage time.
Hayes & Yeading United finished seventh after a 3-1 success at the Met Coaches Community Stadium against Merthyr Town, who ended up in ninth place.
Another good crowd of 937 saw Moses Emmanuel finish the season on a high with a hat-trick in the 41st, 54th and 86th minutes, with Ricardo Rees netting an 88th minute consolation for the Martyrs.
Metropolitan Police finished eighth but lost 3-1 at Imber Court to 13th-placed Dorchester Town today.
After a goalless opening period, it was the Magpies who broke the deadlock 7 minute after the restart through Louie Slough.

Hartley Wintney finished bottom after losing 3-2 at the Powerday Stadium to Hanwell Town, who have ended up in 14th place after their first season at Step 3 level.
The Geordies were two-goals to the good at half-time, thanks to Calum Duffy after 13 minutes and Kain Adom after 37 minutes.
Zidan Akers reduced the deficit in the 65th minute, only for Duffy to notch his second just 2 minutes later.

The hosts led after 31 minutes through Abdulai Baggie, only for the Rams to go into the break 2-1 ahead, courtesy of Sam Granville after 40 minutes and Nathan Minhas 4 minutes later.
But in the opening seconds of the second half, Dan Wooden equalised and then Rory Williams` penalty just past the hour-mark sealed Boro’s win.
Gosport finished in 17th place, with Beaconsfield in a creditable 11th.
Champions Weston-super-Mare finished their campaign with a 1-1 draw at the Raymond McEnhill Stadium against a Salisbury side who have ended up in 15th place.
A crowd of 711 saw the home side get off to a great start with a goal inside the opening 3 minutes from Devon Arnold.
James Dodd eventually pulled the Seagulls back on level terms with 20 minutes remaining.
Tiverton Town have finished 12th but went down to a 4-2 defeat on the final day to Winchester City, who have ended up in 16th spot.
Niall Thompson gave the Yellows an early 5th minute lead at the Ian Moorcroft Stadium.
Callum Chugg equalised in the 15th minute, only for Ed James to take the hosts into half-time in front with a goal right on the whistle.
Five minutes into the second half though, Jamie Barron equalised and then Ollie Balmer made it 3-2 to City after 82 minutes and a second for Barron 2 minutes later sent the visitors 4-2 up.
But the season ended in a bit of a low point when a 22-man brawl saw three players shown red cards – Ollie Griggs for Winchester and Thompson and James for Tivvy.
