Breeden signed for Boro at the end of October 2019 from Vanarama National League North side Leamington.
He had returned to the Brakes from Bromsgrove Sporting having become one of a select few to make over 300 appearances for the Brakes since the renaissance in 2000.
He has previously turned out for Rushall Olympic, Sutton Coldfield Town, Kidderminster Harriers, Tamworth and Solihull Moors in between his spells with the Brakes.
Nuneaton manager Jimmy Ginnelly said: “Tony has played over 100 games for me, and been an outstanding goalkeeper over the years for us and we wish him all the best. He will always be welcome at Nuneaton and will be considered a club legend”.
