Former Welwyn Garden City and Arlesey Town boss Ironton was appointed in September 2022, and turned the season around, culminating in a fourth-placed finish - the club’s highest in the non-League Pyramid for 27 years.
Chairman Andy Perkins told his club’s website: “I can enjoy my now summer in the knowledge that Nick has agreed to lead us on a push for promotion next season. I’ve seen, first hand, the work he puts into getting the best players and getting the best from them and I’m full of confidence that we’re going to have a great season.”
Ironton will be joined in the dug-out by assistant manager Ricci Crace, coaches Dave Bastian and Ed Thompson, David Owen and Lucelta Eugene.
