The 32-year-old has been with the Marketmen for six seasons and in that time has become a key member of the team, having forged an excellent partnership in central defence with his younger brother Keiran.
He joined Needham Market in 2017 from Dereham Town and made the step up in level with ease.
Elegant on the ball yet rugged in the tackle, he is also a threat at set-pieces.
Formerly with Haverhill Rovers and Thetford Town, he is now closing in on 250 appearances for the Marketmen.
Morphew joins his brother Keiran, Jake Dye, Marcus Garnham and Dylan Williams in putting pen-to-paper for 2023/24.
