Goalkeeper Josh Gould has moved to the Raymond McEnhill Stadium from league rivals Swindon Supermarine.
The 26-year-old had been with `Marine since October 2022 and made 16 appearances.
He first joined Championship side Swansea City in 2018 following a successful trial and made an immediate impact on his debut for the under-23s, saving a penalty in their Premier League 2 clash with Derby County at Landore.
The Taunton-born stopper, who also had a brief loan spell with Merthyr Town, played 16 times for the under-23s during the 2019/20 season and was part of the senior matchday squad on 5 occasions at the back end of the campaign.
He was then given the opportunity to expand on his first-team experience by linking up with Barry Town United on loan for the 2020/21 season but was recalled from his spell with the Cymru Premier side in January 2021.
In August 2021, he was sent out on loan again, this time to then-Vanarama National League South side Ebbsfleet United.
He made his debut in the opening day win against Tonbridge Angels and also played in the Emirates FA Cup game at Leyton Orient, totalling 8 games in all for the Fleet before returning to Swansea in January 2022.
His contract at the Welsh outfit ran out in June 2022.
Dutton told his club’s website: “I’m absolutely delighted to have Josh signed up.
“I believe we have not only captured the best goalkeeper in our league but arguably the league above.
“He is a very commanding keeper with an excellent pedigree having been a Swansea City academy graduate.
“Josh is a real statement signing of how much the chairman and directors at Salisbury are wanting the good times to return to the Ray Mac”.
