Defender and skipper Ben Cross will once again be playing for the Lambs in the forthcoming season.

He is Tavistock's `Mr Versatile` and last season, decided to hold his own goal of the season competition!

The 26-year-old was previously with Ivybridge Town and was also on the books at Plymouth Argyle as a youngster.

Midfielder Ben Fowles will also be at Tavistock for their second season at Step 4 level.

The 21-year-old grew in stature through the season with his energetic performances.

He signed for Tavistock in June 2022 having moved to Devon after leaving Southern Premier Division South side Dorchester Town, where he captained their successful under-23 side.

He has also seen service with Toolstation Western League Division One side Gillingham Town and Wessex Leaguers Portland United.
