He is a strong versatile left sided attacker who last season alone scored 17 goals for Buckland Athletic in the Toolstation Western League Premier Division.
The 28-year-old had been with Buckland for a few seasons, totalling 114 games and scoring 31 goals.
He previously played his football at Dartmouth AFC and Bovey Tracey.
He originally came to Buckland to play in the reserve side but as he’s developed and matured as a player, successfully progressed and become a key figure within the first team squad.
Skilful on the left hand side of the field and is guaranteed to find the back of the net a number of times a season.
Rovers` manager David Steele told his club’s social media: “Very pleased that Josh has agreed to join us for the coming season.
“His work ethic, goals and creativity will be a big asset and add a different dimension to the squad.
