Bird (pictured right) and Phillips (left) are pictured with Berry, while Ryan will be combining his role as an academy coach with League Two side AFC Wimbledon.
All three worked with Berry during his successful spell at Egham Town, with Bird becoming assistant manager, while Phillips and Ryan join as first team coaches.
Bird, who also had five seasons as manager of Spartan South Midlands League side Broadfields United before joining Egham in January 2022, told the club’s website: “It's brilliant to be here, a great opportunity for us and something we're really looking forward to.
“After being at Broadfields for five seasons, Jordan gave me the chance to join him at Egham, which was something I couldn't turn down. We work really well together and hopefully there are things which worked well at Egham that we can bring here. We want to stamp our mark on the team straight away and have a real good go this season.
“One thing we'll certainly have is a hard working team, on the front foot. We like to attack, but we'll have a well-balanced team and we are also a well-balanced managerial group.”
On continuing in the Southern League Premier South, he added: “We're under no illusions as to how big a challenge it will be, but as soon it was mentioned to us we were up for the fight and something we are really happy to take on. We'll give it our all, as will the team in every game.”
Phillips, who was a player in Berry's first season at Egham before moving into coaching, added: “I'm excited to be here, am up for the challenge and already looking forward to pre-season.
“We'll definitely be organised and be ready for every game. Every team we play will be analysed to give the players the best opportunity to go out and get results.”
Ryan worked with Berry at Isthmian League South Central side Uxbridge’s under-18s and joined him at Egham in October 2022.
He is a UEFA B Licence coach.
