The striker needs no introduction to the Parkway faithful.
He departed the club at the end of the 2021/22 campaign and moved to Toolstation Western League Premier Division side Saltash United and enjoyed another goal-laden season, netting 27 times.
Now 35, he holds the record for the all-time top scorer in the South West Peninsula League and has won the league’s `golden boot` three times consecutively between 2011 and 2013.
He re-joined Parkway in August 2021 from Western League Premier Division side Bitton AFC.
Previously with Torpoint Athletic, Bideford AFC and Tavistock, Carter was top scorer for Parkway in 2019/20, with 32 goals in 27 games.
That made it 60 goals in 67 appearances in two seasons with the club before returning to Bodmin Town, the club left to join Parkway in July 2018.
