James Blunden and Harry Vince have both agreed new terms with manager Graham Drury.
Blunden is a centra-back who joined Stamford in 2019 having previously played for Lincoln United, Grimsby Town and CGB Humbertherm.
He also represented Lincolnshire at under-18 level.
Vince, 24, is a midfielder who moved to the Zeeco Stadium after spending time at NPL Premier Division side Matlock Town and Pinchbeck United in 2018/19.
He has also been with Boston United and Grantham Town.
He made his first team debut for the Pilgrims aged 17 and has also represented the England C side.
