The 32-year-old moves to Rovers from league rivals Larkhall Athletic.
He had been with the Larks since December 2022 after arriving from another league rival, Bristol Manor Farm.
He had joined Manor Farm in March 2022 from neighbours Mangotsfield United, who he had returned to in November 2021 from Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division side Chipping Sodbury Town.
One of a family of five footballing brothers, Kye started out at Bitton and then spent seven years at Odd Down where he won the Western League title alongside siblings Cory and Troy.
He then had his first spell with Mangotsfield and in October 2018, he moved to Evesham United, where he re-joined brother Cory.
A spell with Cinderford Town preceded his move to Chipping Sodbury in 2020.
Paulton managers Craig Loxton and John Durbin told their club’s website: “Every side needs a goalscorer and we have one in Kye. He is experienced and brings with him a proven track record of scoring goals at this level.
“He is quick, strong and direct and will complement the quality we already have in attacking areas”.
