The 29-year-old joins the Citizens from last season’s champions Berkhamsted.
He moved to Berko in December 2022 from Kings Langley, where he had been since October 2019, and helped the Rams to win promotion, scoring 8 league goals in 28 games.
A pacey forward, he was originally a key part of Chesham United`s under-18 team that won the league in 2011.
He was then promoted to the first team squad, making 46 appearances in the 2011/12 season.
He moved to Hendon before going to St Albans City and scored 13 goals in the 2014/15 season for Aylesbury FC (now Aylesbury Vale Dynamos).
He returned to Chesham for a second spell in the summer of 2015 and then moved to Slough Town in 2017 and Enfield Town a year later.
His other former clubs include Leverstock Green, Potters Bar Town and Chalfont St Peter.
Citizens manager Marc Weatherstone said: “I have been trying to sign Brad for some time now, he is an unbelievable striker that will improve our squad massively. I look forward to seeing him in a Welwyn kit next season”.
