The 25-year-old defender moves to the Oakfield Stadium from former league rivals Cinderford Town, who suffered relegation at the end of last season.
He had joined Southern Premier Division South side Merthyr Town in September 2020 and then, after the club had been `mothballed` due to Covid-19, he joined Cinderford a month later.
He can play in a variety of positions across the back but predominantly at right back.
He moved to the Met Coaches Community Stadium from Cymru South club Cwmbran Celtic after one season at Celtic Park.
Originally on the books at League Two side Newport County, he joined Cwmbran from league rivals Goytre United.
Melksham manager Mark Collier was impressed by his strength, game sense, and quality displayed while playing for Cinderford last season.
