Following an approach from the Essex outfit, and an offer that met the club’s valuation, Emmanuel agreed terms to leave the SKYex Community Stadium.
The experienced 33-year-old scored 34 goals in 37 league games for Hayes & Yeading last season.
He had been with the club since June 2021.
He started his career at Croydon Athletic and an impressive tally of 19 goals in 2007/08 saw him gain a professional deal with Brentford in May 2008.
He made 8 appearances for the Bees in 18 months and after a successful loan at Woking, he signed permanently for the Cards in January 2010.
He helped the Cards to the Vanarama National South title in 2010/11 and scored 21 goals in 71 appearances.
In July 2012, he joined Eastleigh and scored 7 goals in 15 appearances before being snapped up four months later for his first of two spells at Dover Athletic.
In June 2014, he signed for Bromley and in a two-season stay, he scored 35 times in 82 appearances, firing the Ravens to the National South title in 2014/15.
He re-joined Dover in the summer of 2016, scoring 11 goals in 36 games.
In May 2017, he moved to Sutton United and in November 2017, he was loaned for the remainder of the season to Maidenhead United.
He signed for National League South outfit Welling United in November 2019 from then-league rivals Billericay, who he had originally signed for in June 2018 from then-National League side Sutton United and then switched to league rivals Wealdstone in January 2020.
