Sharp Move for Gosport

Pat Suraci and Joe Lea, joint head coaches of Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South club Gosport Borough, have added a familiar face to their 2023/24 squad.

Gosport-based Zak Sharp was an integral part of Petersfield Town’s Wessex League Division One promotion-winning team last season, playing 37 games and scoring 3 goals under Suraci and Lea.

A Gosport stalwart, his previous club’s include Moneyfields, AFC Portchester, Baffins Milton Rovers and Blackfield & Petersfield.

Sharp will also manage Gosport’s under-18 side next season.
