The 19-year-old, a Welsh under-19 international, has been in Championship outfit Bristol City’s under-18s set-up, but the midfielder has only made one appearance for the club in the academy, and it has now been decided that he will depart once his contract expires.
He joined Melksham on loan in February 2023 and made 8 appearances and impressed everyone at the Oakfield Stadium, and quickly established himself in the side as a key player.
Melksham manager Mark Collier told his club’s website: "I really am pleased to have secured Joe's signature. He made a big impression on me last season. He has a winning mentality, technically very good, works his socks off and will be very important to us going forward”.
