The highly rated forward joins the Swans from their new league rivals Hungerford Town, where he had been since February.
The 24-year-old Serbian trained with the first team at Serbian SuperLiga side FC Spartak Subotica and before that was a trialist at Portuguese outfit Sport Uniao Sintrense.
He joined Tooting & Mitcham United and then signed for Isthmian Premier side Lewes in July 2019 after a series of impressive pre-season performances.
He returned to Tooting in February 2020 and then joined Vanarama National League South outfits Welling United in September 2020, Braintree Town in December 2021, Hampton & Richmond Borough in July 2022 and then Hungerford.
Swans boss Scott Harris told his club’s website: “Stefan is a player we have been interested in for a while, and as we try to keep raising the bar here, he will definitely help make this happen.”
Last month, Harris brought in 21-year-old midfielder Olly Allen on a season’s loan from Vanarama National League neighbours Dorking Wanderers and signed Sam Tutt from Isthmian South Central side South Park.
