The 35-year-old returns to the Oakfield Stadium from league rivals Westbury United.
He joined Westbury in November 2022 from Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division neighbours Corsham Town, where he scored over 50 goals for the club.
The prolific striker possesses a proven track record of scoring goals and being a leader in the changing room.
He is Melksham’s highest ever scorer with over 250 goals, has won league titles and many cup competitions along the way.
He almost took Bradford Town to a promotion during the first Covid hit season and played a major role in helping Corsham drive from Western League Division One to a top 6 finish last season in the Hellenic Premier.
Melksham have also announced that last season’s young player of the year, Jaiden Pearce has agreed terms with the club for the 2023/24 season.
The 20-year-old is a product of the youth setup at Melksham and has played age group football rising through the ranks to make his first team debut in 2022.
Manager Mark Collier told his club’s website: “Jaiden has all the tools to be a top defender. He is developing season on season and will again play a vital role. He is Melksham lad, with a big future in front of him, a signing that will certainly please the Supporters.”
However, forward Jay Malshanskyj has decided to move on and ply his trade elsewhere.
Collier added: " Jay was offered terms for the coming season, but unfortunately we were not able to meet his demands. I only worked with Jay for a short time, his work rate and attitude made him a well-respected member of the squad, l and the staff personally wish him all the very best".
