The 31-year-old helped the Yeltz to win promotion through the Northern Premier League Division One Midlands play-offs last season.
Quaynor had joined Halesowen in May 2022 from Southern Premier Central side Bromsgrove Sporting.
He had signed for the Rouslers from Coleshill Town in the summer of 2017.
He was signed as a left-back but was re-designed as a central midfielder who finished second place in the fans` player of the year in 2017/18 after a fantastic season which culminated in promotion to the Southern League.
He started out at Cheltenham Town and also played on loan with the `old` Bromsgrove Rovers as well as permanent spells at Evesham United, Worcester City and Redditch United.
Holleran told his club’s website: “I’m delighted to get Josh on board.
“He’s a versatile experienced campaigner at this level of football, and he’s got a great reputation. We are very much looking forward to working with him, and hope that he enjoys his time at Leamington”.
