Mark Riddick joins from Southern Division One Central side Aylesbury United, having won the managers` player of the year award last season.

He racked up over 100 appearances in his four seasons with the Ducks.

A quality defensive midfielder, he established himself as a firm favourite during his four years with the club.

After an excellent debut season he was rewarded with supporters` player of the year award in 2019/20 and went from strength to strength since then.

He joined the Ducks in July 2019 after two seasons with Tring Athletic, having previously played for London Colney and Chesham United's reserve team before that.

Berkhamsted have also welcomed Jordon Frederick back to Broadwater for his third stint at the club.

The all-action central midfielder has already made almost 150 appearances for Berko, and is another to re-join from AFC Dunstable.

The 29-year-old had signed for AFC Dunstable in July 2022 from Berkhamsted.

He had returned to Berko in November 2021 from then-Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division side Leighton Town, where he was captain.

His first spell with Berko came between 2011 to 2015 after spells with Hemel Hempstead Town and Leverstock Green.

After his first spell with Berkhamsted, he went on to have two stints with Aylesbury, totalling over 60 games, before having a second spell with Berko in 2015/16 via AFC Dunstable, Egham Town and Aylesbury FC (now Aylesbury Vale Dynamos) preceded his move to Bell Close in 2018.

Highly-rated young striker Max Bustamante is another one joining the Comrades from AFC Dunstable.

The 19-year-old had joined the OD’s in February 2023 from Beaconsfield Town.

He had signed for the Rams in November 2022 from Southern Premier Division Central side Bedford Town.

He has also been with Royston Town, Biggleswade Town, Kings Langley and Berkhamsted Raiders.
