The 24-year-old joined Frome in August 2022 from Southern Premier Division South side Salisbury, where he had been since August 2021.
He impressed then then-Whites` boss Steve Claridge in pre-season, playing as a triallist, and was rewarded with a place in the squad.
He was with Wessex One side Downton in 2020/21 and moved to the Robins from then-Toolstation Western League, now Hellenic League Premier Division outfit Calne Town.
He signed for Calne in July 2109 having previously played for Corsham Town and Oldland Abbotonians.
Westbury manager Ricky Hulbert told his club’s website: “I went to watch Ben three or four times last season and he was the best player on the pitch every single time. Most notably against Bath City, the kid is magic!
“This is a big signing for the club and one I was desperate to get done, I’m excited to see what Ben can do in a Westbury United shirt”.
