The versatile Jesse Armoo has switched from Spartan South Midlands League side Potton United.
The 32-year-old had been with Potton since the summer of 2022 after arriving from Isthmian League Premier Division side Wingate & Finchley.
He had joined Wingate in October 2021 from FC Romania where he had been since September 2020 after coming over from French side AS Chatou.
He has played for other French sides FC Issy and AC Bologne, German side Hertha Berlin and Norwegian outfits Spring Jeloy and Drobak-Frogn IK.
Also penning a deal to return to Rovers is defender Kai Phelan.
The 22-year-old was with Bedford Town last season, making 24 appearances after arriving in the summer of 2022.
He had signed for Hitchin Town in November 2019 on his return from a short spell with Swedish second tier side Ytterhogdals IK where he was one of four former young professionals released by EFL clubs at the end of the 2018/19 season.
The centre-back moved to Sweden in July after being released by Championship new boys Luton Town.
He began his Hatters career at the age of 7 and helped the youth team make it to the Cordial Cup quarter finals in Germany.
He also spent time on loan with Southern Division One Central outfit Barton Rovers in 2018/19 and 2019/20 when he joined on a `gentleman`s agreement` before making the move a more permanent one.
