Storr originally arrived at the County Ground in January on a loan deal from Vanarama National League South side Chippenham Town.
The young keeper only made 6 appearances last season. However, his performances were eye catching, making several high class saves and showing real potential.
The 20-year-old began his career with Swindon Town, where he spent nine years before being released in June 2022.
He then spent six months with Bath City before moving to league rivals Chippenham in November 2022.
Hammers` new goalkeeper coach Robbie Yates is really looking forward to working with Storr and seeing the progression within his game under him.
