The no-nonsense centre-back joins Boro after playing last season at United Counties League Premier Division South side Coventry United.
Elhaghany’s previous clubs include Notts Senior League side FC Cavaliers and Midland League Division One outfit Coventry Copsewood.
Boro manager Jimmy Ginnelly told his club’s website: “I am happy to welcome Ewalid to the club. He’s been training with us pre-season after playing centre-half over at Coventry United having a very good season.
“He’s a very no-nonsense defender that’s got loads to learn and he would give you absolutely everything to not let the striker past him.
“He’s a great lad to have around the place and a good character to work with”.
