The 31-year-old becomes the Marketmen's fourth summer signing after leaving new league rivals AFC Sudbury where he captained them to promotion from the Isthmian League North Division in 2022/23.
Harris started at Braintree Town before working his way up the pyramid to play two seasons in the Vanarama National League for Welling United.
Following Welling's relegation, he left to return to one of his former clubs, East Thurrock United.
He began the 2018/19 season at Heybridge Swifts following recovery from injury before moving to AFC Sudbury September 2018.
The Marketmen’s assistant manager Tom Rothery told his club’s website: "Really pleased to get Reece in the building. He will add even more quality to the team and is a very versatile player who has proven credentials having played as high as the national league. I also think he will add more leadership and experience in the dressing room and already from our chats has shown his level of professionalism and the standards he will demand which are further great reasons as to why we wanted him as soon as we knew he was available".
