His assistant manager will be the vastly experienced Steve Bateman, first team coach Ben Watts and and head of scouting and recruitment, Howard Cowley, while Richard King comes in as goalkeeping coach.
Bateman, the former West Bromwich Albion, Everton, Harrow Borough, Chesham United, Slough Town and Hendon defender, started his managerial career at Berkhamsted where he led them to the FA Vase Final.
He went onto to manage Chesham United, Hemel Hempstead Town where he won promotion to the Isthmian League Premier, Slough Town and Aylesbury FC.
He went back for a second time at Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead, also Hemel’s assistant before linking up with Leese in June.
Watts previously managed locally at Rothwell Corinthians, Wellingborough Town and Raunds Town.
He was also the first team coach at Stamford AFC, St Neots Town and assistant manager at Eynesbury Rovers.
Cowley has been with Leese during his time at Enfield Town and Chesham United, having previously been a manager with Welwyn Garden City, Tring Town and Harpenden Town and assistant manager at Witney United, before he took up the chief scout role at Enfield.
King has had similar roles at St Neots, Peterborough United and Stamford.
