Anthonio-Forde joins from league rivals Aylesbury United, where the forward worked with new Thame manager Ben Williams.
The 24-year-old had joined North Leigh in October 2021 from Aylesbury United and then made the reverse journey two months later.
He had originally signed for the Ducks in July 2021 having turned out for Old Bradwell United and St Ives Town in 2020/21.
He had joined the Saints from rivals Hitchin Town in August 2019 having joined the Canaries in the summer of 2018 and made 48 appearances in 2018/19 and scored 9 times.
He played nearly 50 games for Oxford City in the Vanarama National League South in the previous two seasons.
Prior to that, he was a part of the Luton Town under-18s and development squads.
