The 31-year-old joins Stotfold from new league rivals Kempston Rovers.
He had signed for the Walnut Boys in July 2022 from Hitchin Town.
He had been with the Canaries since March 2022 after arriving from Biggleswade Town, where he had been since July 2020.
He originally signed for Bedford Town in the summer of 2015 and played 137 times, scoring 10 goals and captained the side before moving to St Neots Town in the summer of 2018.
He re-joined the Eagles in October 2018 and went on to help them to reach the play-offs before switching to Cambridge City in May 2019.
His other former clubs include Colney Heath, St Ives Town, Biggleswade United, Barton Rovers, Langford and Cambridge United.
Also joining the new boys are Connor Vincent and Lewis Franklin.
Vincent, 28, re-joins Stotfold for a second spell from Barton Rovers, where he had been since 2018 after moving from Biggleswade Town.
He started out with Stotfold and Langford before joining Rovers for the first time in 2014.
He had two stints with Biggleswade, sandwiched by a 42 game and 9-goal spell with Hitchin Town.
Franklin is a full back who arrives from Welwyn Garden City.
He moved to the Citizens in 2020 from Spartan South Midlands Leaguers Baldock Town for whom he was an ever-present.
A former Hitchin Town youth player, who spent time at Tottenham Hotspur as a schoolboy.
