Central midfielder Abdou Cole joins Rovers having recently moved to the area after previously being based in the Midlands.
He has previously been with Mansfield Town, Chesterfield, Boston Town, Gedling Miners Welfare and Nuneaton Borough.
Right back Alex Ward has also agreed a deal with Kempston.
The 24-year-old previously featured for Rayners Lane, Leverstock Green, Dunstable Town, Chesham United, Sun Sports, Tring Athletic and Wembley and is looking to make a big impression at Hillgrounds.
Another right back, Trevelle Reid, has also put pen-to-paper for Rovers.
The 19-year-old has previously featured for Herts Senior County League side Belstone, Spartan South Midlands outfit Broadfields United and Isthmian League Premier Division Wingate & Finchley’s under-23s.
Goalkeeper David Saunders has moved to Hillgrounds having spent last season on loan at Kempston’s former league rivals Berkhamsted.
He previously played for Vanarama National League South side Hemel Hempstead Town and played for Luton Town and MK Dons` youth teams.
Fighting for the green jersey with Saunders will be Ollie Kiel.
Recently having played for Tring Athletic and Crawley Green, Kiel was originally part of Arsenal and Ipswich Town’s academy.
Defensive midfielder Sol Alidor-Hamilton has also penned a deal with Rovers.
The 19-year-old has previously played for Norwich City in his youth and with Belstone and is now looking for a taste of more senior football.
