The former Robins under-18 player returns from Isthmian League South Central neighbours Binfield and the management are convinced he will quickly become a fans favourite.
Holland scored 7 goals from midfield in 2022/23 in 37 appearances.
He had been with the Moles since July 2022 after arriving from Ashford Town (Middx).
He previously played for Knaphill and Wokingham & Emmbrook.
