The 24-year-old joins the Greens from Isthmian League South East Division side Ramsgate.
Riley-Snow had joined the Rams in February 2023 from Aveley.
He had joined the Millers in the autumn of 2022, moving from Enfield Town, where he had made 3 appearances.
Prior to that he'd briefly been with then-National League South side Cheshunt.
He has made 22 appearances for Aveley and prior to his time as a Miller and an Amber, he was playing north of the border with Raith Rovers and Alloa Athletic, and he has also spent time plying his trade in Spain where he played for Universitat d'Alacant and Alicante City.
As a youth, he played under-18 football for Barnet.
